Pros

Studio lot setting makes it inviting to go to work every day

Cons

Too many internal politics. Creative department is too young and many execs don't have strong opinions and relying too much on marketing, depriving creative community of freedom.

Pros

You work for a studio, that is located on a real working lot. Lots of shooting always going on.

Cons

You work really hard long hours, and the pay is not great. Good place to learn about a lot of different things.

Pros

1. Working on the last remaining production lot in Hollywood 2. Salary and benefits are good

Cons

Senior management is a group of hatchet men dedicated to ensuring shareholder profits and lining their own pockets with bonus money through frequent global layoffs
