Allowed to work autonomously but in a great team environment.

Cons

HO and Territories not always aligned. Closing of physical Home Ent businesses (to be distributed by Universal)

Overall Positive experience in an ever-changing environment on the Paramount Studio Lot.

Pros

It's exciting to be on the studio lot where television shows are shooting and movie magic is happening. Sharing these experiences with tour guests is rewarding. You get out of the experience what you put in. A positive attitude and patience are key.

Cons

The movie studio itself really only releases franchise sequels and is struggling to find a way to distinguish itself from competitors in the current landscape. The guest relations department could use technological upgrades.

Great name to have on your resume and working on the lot is fun. Everyone at the company is friendly and wants to do good work.

Cons

The pay could be better and working for such a big company can get old and stale sometimes.
