      Met a lot of people! Not a ton of work...

      Pros

      I met a ton of creative execs and was able to sit down with them on a few occasions. The assistants weren't all so eager to give me work, but they were all available to talk with me at some point.

      Cons

      So many coffee runs and errands. But I guess it's like that everywhere. Also, the pay isn't so great! $10/hr to pay rent in Los Angeles? My parents still needed to support me.

      Pros

      Great co-workers, fun and laid back working environment, willing to help pay for school and great volunteer/ community service events

      Cons

      Lack of management, very low pay- lowest of most studios, unprofessional co workers who don't contribute to the job or in respectfulness to other employees, lack of opportunities for advancement

      Culture, facilities, and people were all far above the standard that I was used to

      Cons

      The traffic in LA was pretty bad, but that had nothing to do with the company, just an inconvenience.
