      Location. Environment. Product (making movies!). Amenities/Perks (Cafe's, gym, movie screenings, volunteer projects, company parties).

      Cons

      Don't promote from within very much or care as much for the "little people." Seem to look outside for higher positions, so not much potential for upward mobility.
