      Pros

      In my department, the head of the department promoted heavily within. There really is a family-like environment in some departments. Every department has its own vibe though. Loved the perks: the beautiful lot, the free screenings in the Paramount Theater, and much more.

      Cons

      The only thing I'd say that is a con is the pay. Paramount pays much less than other major studios for the same positions. I'm not sure if they make up for that in benefits & perks but it is definitely disheartening when you learn this.
