      Animation production as some wonderful people

      Good people Friendly environment Convenient location Fun lot to work on.

      Cons

      Pipeline has kinks Lacking in communication between departments in a production and from the executive level down. Large divide between Animation department and the main studios. (however they have people working on bridging the gap so maybe this will disappear soon)
