      I have never worked anywhere that cared less about its employees or was more willing to take advantage of them whenever possible.

      Pros

      Technology tends to be fairly advanced. Looks good on the resume.

      Cons

      Career advancement is more about developing strategic alliances than personal achievement. Who you know is more important than what you know. Layoffs are frequent and unforgiving, so make sure you know the right people lest you find yourself collecting your things in a box.

      Pros

      They pay well in comparison to other studios, and they seem to promote a lot from within. I have seen interns get hired on as assistant and become managers in two years. If you're willing to accept the atmosphere and work hard this seems to be a place to advance your career quickly.

      Cons

      Every day is a fire drill, and all employees seem to be consistently overwhelmed by work. Your job never really feels safe, with mass department firings occurring every few years. There is little work life balance, and you get questioned for taking time off for Dentist & Doctors visits let alone vacation. Don't bother scheduling dinners with friends or family during the work week because you likely wont make it.
