- Easy hours and great people to work with! - People are super knowledgeable and hard working.

Cons

- Low salary with no bonus and comical raises (think rate of inflation). - No room for advancement - Small shrinking family owned business. - Senior Marketing Managers are not willing to try new ideas because they are limited by their resources and frustrated. Being told "no" 10,000x has exhausted everyone. Key business leaders still think Amazon, REI, and the manufacturers aren't a serious threat to their business. - Limited and muddied data - They don't have a customer loyalty program or segmented anything (email lists, customer information...) to make proper decisions.
