      sense of friends and family among co-workers. People in charge actually care about you. Decent salary. Bonus swag from vendors

      it is a job. would be nice to not have to work for a living.

      Pros

      weekly pay is good. There is also commission but it's not much. You make more money on the quantity you sell rather than amount. For example the commission on a $100 show is $1. Sell 10 shoes get $10 extra on your check. Sell a $1000 item get $10 dollars. Good culture at paragon though and atmosphere overall. very diverse team
