      Pros

      If you get the right department and right manager, fairly easy to balance work-life. Employee discounts. Central location makes the commute easy.

      Cons

      If you get the wrong manager, then expect a fairly unpleasant work life. Managers play favorites. Kind of dirty. They don't outright call the bonus for selling a commission. Always pays minimum wage, will let you go (heard from former co-workers) if you bring up the possibility of a raise with HR.

      Working at paragon was great because of the people, both customers and coworkers

      Cons

      Some of the supervisors were awful to talk to. Also, the pay could be higher.
