Pros

-Great education for up and coming b2b sales execs, Real world experience closing complex enterprise deals -Great work culture, with Own it And Get It Done a very strong ethos -Very cool products with easy to understand value

Cons

Salesforce product/division GTM failed to scale beyond a few million ARR. Great product, but did not cover enough use cases and required too much budget versus competing options with lower quality but covered more pains and needs

Smart, driven people who care about outcomes. High ownership culture with real autonomy. Leadership is accessible and data-driven. Product, R&D, and GTM work closely. You can see your work reach production and customers fast.

Cons

Fast pace is not for everyone. Priorities can shift as the company adapts to market signals. Requires comfort with ambiguity and change. Not a place to hide or coast. Expectations are high and accountability is real.

Pros

The team environment and culture were excellent. My team was incredibly supportive and collaborative, which made the day-to-day work enjoyable.

Cons

I found that at times, there was a lack of clear communication regarding changes to lead routing and campaign priorities. This occasionally led to team misalignment and confusion about which prospects to prioritize. More regular, formal updates could help the entire SDR team stay on track.
