Pros

The team environment and culture were excellent. My team was incredibly supportive and collaborative, which made the day-to-day work enjoyable.

Cons

I found that at times, there was a lack of clear communication regarding changes to lead routing and campaign priorities. This occasionally led to team misalignment and confusion about which prospects to prioritize. More regular, formal updates could help the entire SDR team stay on track.

-Panaya has been the most open-door, friendly company I have ever worked for. -A true feeling of family when you work here. -All levels of management are available for support at any time. -Product development is quick and listens to the customers. -Comp plan is fantastic

Cons

-Your typical bumps of a young, small company. -Shifts in go to market plan make it challenging from a sales perspective. -Lots of changes, good and bad
