A place full of "wisper games"

Pros

Medical and travel insurance coverage, nice business center, salary is paid monthly, corporates events are organized

Cons

Extra hours are the norm. Bonuses are either not paid or paid irregularly. Management doesn't have enough qualification to occupy the positions they are in. There's constant cost saving on people. Firing people to spread their work on to remaining ones is not the effective way to do business. Sales management is very poorly qualified. Showing no result for years. HR is preoccupied with paper work only. Top management does not keep their promisses. Evaluation and raises are based on "likes and dislikes" of certain people close to management. Hard for carrier development.

Friendly staff, everyone works to help each other Management encourage staff and provide support Exciting ideas on growth and planning

Not every piece of advice to management is really taken aboard, although they do their best to make staff feel comfortable
