      Pros

      People are great. Everybody always tries to help as a team.

      Cons

      Upper Management is the main issue. They have no clue. The company will fail due to the poor choices being made. People are way over worked, pay is horrible. Management has no clue on the exact process of working a file from start to finish. They seem to leave out about half of the process and cant figure out why people are behind. Customers are pulling out
