KAM and BDM lacks support from local BU General manager. Mind you I only worked in Canada

Mega depressing. Top management is an abusive disaster. Turnover is incredible and basically no one wants to pursue a career there. Was ok until 2016 when weak new management took over - old timers say it is the worst management ever seen there. Top boss screams and abuses people on the floor and tried to big note - corruption and good old boy network. So sick of hearing about claimed success in Saudi Arabia and how we are ‘losers’ - like we believe you any more. Top boss gets people to do personal family business and threatens. Poor people skills and most of management team have left since 2016. People getting sick and literally throwing up in office. Incredible legal risk for global company but they have done little despite warnings. Gossiping and desperation. Recruiters and market are laughing. Have worked in 4 companies and this is the worst by far. Not fit to Australian standards and has brought disrepute.
