      Too many to list. A year ago, created yet another tier of very high paid managers (unnecssary) while at the same time laying off much needed desk level operations.

      Only if you have buddy relationship with boss

      Cons

      - Extreme favourtism - Equipment is old and slow, absolutly not productive. - No format on any process - People care only their own work, no cooperation at all - People blame on each other if there is any problem - Pay sucks - At most to supervisor, no more promotion opportunity afterward. - AND MUCH MORE....
