      Pros

      Company seems to be "family oriented", it's very stable, and if you work hard you'll do fine here.

      Cons

      Technology is ancient. They're getting swallowed up by the competition, and the attitude within the corporation doesn't seem threatened. There seems to be an entitlement with upper management that because they've been around for a long time, they'll be fine. They're not fine. Turnover is up year over year, and yet the management and business models remain the same.

      I have seen certain employees develop a negative outlook on the company, without expressing their desires and goals to management.

      Pros

      There are none anymore. Panalpina used to be a good company to work for. The used to care about heir employees but not anymore.

      Cons

      Over worked and under paid. Tell you to work all you need to to get the job done then turn tiger back around and tell you no overtime. Want to write you up for taking care of your customers.
