      Talented people, good leadership training

      Changing strategies and focus frequently, too little focus on Customers, sales management in USA HDQ egotistical, not motivational leaders. Infighting between USA area and Americas region.

      * Process organized company. * Advantage if you speak Germany * Ability to work internationally if desired.

      Cons

      * Change structure and priorities too often and not focused. Went from Regional setup to Country control. Then back to Regional. Sets strategies, but changes them too quickly as not able to achieve results. * Has to remember people are one of the most important assets a company can use * Needs to be more focused on completing project and objectives
