It does not have a corporate feeling, which gives you more freedom in what you are allowed to do. Not much red tape either.

Cons

Management has a very high turnover. All the important decisions are made in Switzerland with little if any input from their regional operations. Computer systems are 30 years old. There is time and money to fix things, but never to do it right the first time.
