      1. Some unique products to sell in the market 2. Salary is decent

      1. Lack of Long term vision. Short term results oriented 2. Lack of empowerment to middle management 3. Cost cutting to appeal to share holders 4. Too many good people has already left the company

      Pay is reasonably good. Flexible management style without micro-management. If you are a workhaholic and looking for impact and sense of achievement in your work, Work attitude needs to be adjusted to avoid much frustrations within organization

      Cons

      Long hours, lack of work-life balance & employee benefits. Red tape organization that over emphasize on "asset-light", hard to get actual things done.

      decent pay, great co workers at branch level

      Cons

      Benefits leave a lot to be desired. The company is more about profits than employee well being, excessive work load because company will not allow new employees to be hired.
