Product oriented organization. Great in house knowledge provided you become "friends" with product management.

Cons

No sales strategy whatsoever. Complete disconnection in all levels. Way too many VPs for little management skills. Branch operates like an island with employees jumping anytime they see a new boat (opportunity)

The staff or what is left of the talented staff. So many have left and are being replaced with unexperienced staff with minimal training.

Cons

Management. Human Resources and management lack the knowledge of what the employees handle on a desk level. Management has unrealistic expectations of the unmanageable workload.
