      No structure, processes are constantly changing, not enough manpower.

      Pros

      There are a lot of hard working people, small office so is't not stuffy like corporate offices.

      Cons

      No real teamwork, it's an every man for themselves environment. Of course some of that is because there is too much work and not enough people.

      Going through tough times

      Good benefits, 401k, holiday etc. Some good people still left but many are gone now.

      Cons

      Too many changes from ground level operations to corporate level. Outsourcing jobs overseas. Many challenges with internal systems and implementation of new processes.
