      Great Company to work for

      Pros

      Better wages than other security companies Great benefits package Great environment for those that want to work (not the sick, lame or lazy) Allows for movement within (if you want to) Fabulous on-line training program (for those that want to move up the ladder)

      Cons

      Not all Supervisors take the on-line training and some are behind times with supervisory methods Too many "malcontents" who should not be in the industry with any security company let alone this one

      Overall a decent company to earn a decent living as a student

      Pros

      Decent pay, also you will get to work in a variety of different locations at the start until you get stationed somewhere

      Cons

      Sometimes you wont have a choice as to where you are stationed, which might or might not be a good experience. BUT such is the workforce.

      None to be found with paladin.

      Cons

      - Egotistical management - Will abuse employees rights whenever possible - Always sides with client regardless of impact on employees - Anyone who doesn't bend over backwards for management is labelled uncooperative and punished. - To progress you must backstab, brown nose, and sacrafice any semblence of work/life balance.
