      Pros

      Good sites, hours, wages and benefits given. Respect within the company and from management. Great use of social media and online to keep employees informed and in the loop. One of the only large national companies I know that will give free uniforms and pay to train employees. I have enjoyed most of my time with Paladin, the best security company I have worked for. I will continue to recommend them for those seeking employment or services.

      Cons

      Management should continue to focus on all branches and not just the major cities.

      The only good thing is long hours, and some managers are nice.

      Cons

      Inside politics is common, there's no merit only friendship and contacts. Unprofessional, and untrained manager and supervisors; very unpleasant environment.
