Some of the sites and management are amazing. IE. EA

Cons

Payroll Department can create a lot of pay discrepancies that have to be rectified and that means an Employee has to keep track of their hours and pay rates.

Pros

They strongly believe in promotion within and care about your daily work experience. They are quick to address any issues in the work place and partner with you to better the situation. I have had a very easy transition into the company and have settled into my role with a great deal of support from the whole staff.

Cons

We live in a busy, now society and are we are constantly expanding. The customer service is developing everyday in new ways too. This allows for better response times and creates a better client experience than the day before.

I've had a lot of opportunities to develop myself, learn new things, take on new challenges and Paladin has supported and encouraged me through out. Even when going to school full time and that was really great. The work itself is always changing. Managers and Supervisors listen to your recommendations and suggestions for improving things on site. And there is pretty good feedback from supervisors and managers as well. Paladin does a good job trying to keep everyone engaged with what's going on onsite, with the company, and in the security world too. They want us to be involved in our own development for our own betterment, which in turn makes the sites we work at better too. They do believe in their people!

Cons

Security work can be tough sometimes, and Paladin does have high expectations. Having said that, they do want you to succeed, and will hold you to that higher standard. And, for those that do perform at that level, chances are you will be rewarded for your efforts! So, all in all, it's been pretty great so far!
