Pros

All the training and education is paid by the company, which means you save lots of money on that. Also, they really encourage, support and facilitate your progress that can lead you to advancement within the company. Like being an officer, following with being a supervisor and then become a manager even higher if it's your wish.

Cons

We are the one who are in our own way of progress, perhaps at the beginning you don't feel rich financially but it's up to you to gain more.
