Great support structure in the office, straight through from our HR team, employee care coordinator, Scheduling team, and our client service managers. Cannot forget the hub of the wheel and usual first point of contact at the front desk. All levels of the Branch are supportive of what can be a challenging environment. Paladin oaks hard to provide competitive wages, education, and generally solid relationships with all of our staff. Great guards, good clients equals market stability and long term sustainability.

Cons

I won't say there are not occasional challenges, but that's what I like to look at opportunities. Overall, I came out of retirement and have even here for coming up to five years, so something is clearly working!
