Paladin invests in their people. They have given me many opportunities to move up and gain additional training and I really appreciate that.

Cons

An unfortunate part of the industry is low pay, but pay isn't everything.

I've been with Paladin for a little over 14 months now, and I still love it every day. Every day is different, and the people are amazing.

Cons

The only issue I have is that I didn't start with them sooner.
