Enjoyed the job freedom and flexibility of sites. Built good relationships with clients. Great management and client feedback.

Cons

Lot's of hours, starting pay is low, sometimes clients can also seem problematic its always due to miscommunication.

Good people to work with. Great atmosphere and lots of opportunities to move around

Cons

My experience with management was good however one CSM would prefer to sweep things under the rug rather than fully investigate incidents.

Pros

If you're conscious then you pretty much won't have to worry about losing your job. I guess they also sometimes provide awards when they feel like it.

Cons

You'll get paid more at McDonald's. The client is always right. There's never enough staff and you'll be bullied into doing overtime. They hire the bottom of the barrel.
