As one of Canada's Best Managed Companies and Canada's 10 Most Admired Corporate Cultures, our pay, benefits and teams - from management to scheduling - are without peer in the industry. Many companies in our industry talk about their commitment to their people, but few demonstrate their commitment through their actions. Paladin's Employee Care Coordinator for each region is responsible for developing and administering reward and incentive programs, organizing company parties, and resolving general employee problems if and when they occur. We wish you the best of luck in your future endeavours.
