A good place to start from the bottom and work up, or just an easy paycheck

Pros

It's easy entry and their is a huge range of sites and shifts to choose from. Advancement opportunities are common at first but become very competitive higher up, still a motivated individual can go far.

Cons

The industry requires night shifts so at least some are unavoidable. I've also heard stories of people getting assigned to small sites where they are never noticed no matter how hard they work.

Cons

Most coworkers backstab and will turn on you Upper management does not care how much work you do or are willing to put in.
