Paladin is a great company to work for, I've been happier there than I have at any job in a long time. The whole team is always positive and motivated and my managers are actually helpful and friendly. Easy recommendation for me.

Cons

Must be willing to adapt to a client's wishes.

Everyone here is great to work with and really talented, which makes my job easier. I like the fact that everyone actually takes the time to get to know you, all the way up to our upper management and CEO. I definitely enjoy working for Paladin

I personally like working for a smaller business that still has the resources of a larger company. We're all granted individual attention and care, which isn't something I've been able to say at most of the place I've worked. This is a job I plan on holding on to for as long as I can.
