Initially I was wowed by our offices, and now two years in I'm still continuously shocked at what the people in this company are able to accomplish. The talents on the Paladin team are quite incredible, and it's a privilege to be able to work alongside the people I do. I'm not sure what exactly makes our team so successful, but I know we all attribute it to Paladin. The opportunities and support they have provided me have been second to none.

Cons

Clients have very high expectations due to our reputation.

Pros

It's great to have a job where management takes the time to show how my hard work is making a difference. I take what I do very seriously and put in a lot of effort, so it makes all the work feel worth it when I see that it actually matters to the people who sign my checks. In general, Paladin has been great - it's definitely interesting and the pay is great. Highly recommend.

Cons

Some clients are more difficult to work with than others, but that's about it.

Pros

It's easy to see that my managers are extremely committed to helping me do my job to the best of my ability. They go out of their way to make sure I'm always more than prepared for any task and are never more than email or text message away if I need anything at all. It's really nice knowing that I have solid support system at all times.

Cons

I haven't had any negative experiences.
