Great company that has been the impetus for some important changes in my life. My manager is one of the nicest people I've ever worked with, and it feels great to know that he always has my back if I ever need help or come across a problem I haven't faced before. I'm extremely appreciative of the opportunities they've given me and I hope to be around for long enough to help the company succeed as well.

Cons

Pros

It's great to have a job where I can tangibly see the impact I'm having on the company. It makes me feel like all the hard work I put in is worth it. I've really enjoyed my time with Paladin - the work is flexible and the pay is great. Highly recommend.

Cons

Some projects are more difficult than others.

Pros

One of the most respected employers in Burnaby. If you succeed with Paladin, you can pretty much get a job anywhere, but you'll want to stay there. They've been great to me and they always try to hire from within when positions open up. Plus I love the area.

Cons

Clients have very high expectations.
