      Pros

      Schedule is flexible, including the location of assignment. You can have your location changed for your convenience.

      Cons

      Their promises of the employment status in the company sounds too good too be true, and it actually is. Don't believe any of those as they are just words being said. Nothing is given or happens for real.

      Pros

      The company is well-known and respected. It provides job security and takes care of the employee well-being. The training provided is thorough and helpful. It's one of the major reasons I feel confident in accomplishing my duties as a security officer. Never had an issue when discussing my concerns with my colleagues - most of them are open-minded, respectful people who are willing to listen and support.

      Cons

      When expectations are clearly set out from the very beginning and the company sticks to what it promised, there are no cons to point out.

We can also assure you that we prepare our guards through pre-employment training, pre-assignment training, and site training.
