They're hire just about anyone. Co-pay meh tier health insurance.

Cons

Abusive, horribly low pay, forced overtime, incredibly repetitive and dull.

Pros

Great management, first-class training, good salary, great benefit package. Working at Paladin has been a great experience so far. Here I know I am part of a leader in security services in Canada. Awesome management and supervisors. A company with a solid track record and highly respected. Proud to be doing a uniform that says Paladin. I've seen some of my colleagues move up the ranks and get an opportunity to advance.
