      The Management is Very Inconsiderate

      If you're lucky, the job placement can be easy.

      Cons

      The management is very inconsiderate of the employees. They would assign you to a location that is very far from home. They don't care if you have a family that you need to go home to everyday. You'll just have to relocate if that would be the case, but it's always not easy.

      The future of the company is promising. The entire team is well-trained and goal-oriented. The pace of the job is fine, there is transparency and collaboration.

      Cons

      We simply need to keep on hiring competent and reliable people. That's it. No cons at all.
