Supervisors go out of their way to recognize a job well done and let us officers know we're appreciated. It's made a big difference for me because I've had previous jobs where I didn't feel valued at all by the company. Paladin understands we're the ones building and maintaining their reputation and they treat us like a really important part of the company, and I really appreciate it.

Cons

There aren't really any cons. every placement is different and some are better than others but they only work with high quality clients so it's pretty good overall.

Our team is great. I have been with the company for more than three years, and I am glad we have always collaborated for the best possible results. We value our time and respect everyone's contribution and input. It's a fulfilling atmosphere, and I have been enjoying it since joining the company. The company provides health insurance, vacations, and a free training program. We also enjoy flexibility when it comes to our schedules.

Pros

A positive and fun environment that gave me an opportunity to enjoy a fulfilling job and gain some amazing friends. Management is supportive; whenever I need to discuss an issue, they are willing to listen and help me find a solution. Being able to spend time with my family and to do some sports are one of the top priorities in my life, and I'm glad that the company provides room for flexibility so that we can maintain a healthy work-life balance.
