      Pros

      i know a lot of people who just work security past time, but Paladin has allowed me to make it full-time career. They have a great system for finding and allocating jobs so that they can give you full-time hours. The clients they work with a top-tier too so it's great experience. Even if you don't want this to be your career, I know a lot of people who have used their experience to step into law enforcement.

      Cons

      There haven't been many cons, I love my job.

      Pros

      The company offers medical, life, dental insurance, and paid vacation. Never had an issue when it came to sharing concerns and discussing problems. An open-minded team and management. I never lacked coaching and guidance when needed. Motivational and inspiring leadership. Nice compensation.

      Cons

      The position requires requires a high level of professionalism and strong organizational skills.

      Pros

      Flexible schedule and plenty of hours. Nice co--workers who know how to work as a team. The management has its own role in creating and fostering a supportive and professional environment. I never lack the motivation to learn and to grow as a professional. training is provided.

      Cons

      I can't think of any particular con worth mentioning. in an environment where hard work and excellent performance are recognized, you rarely feel undervalued. All the rest are regularly refined and improved as part of our working process.
