Paladin has set a toxic-free culture that encourages growth of employees. My co-workers are happy individuals who are motivated to go to work all the time. Bosses are supportive of our endeavors. They monitor us closely as they can and provide assistance. A nice place to establish a stable career.

Cons

The job can be quite tough sometimes. It is a must to stay critical minded.

Promotions are done politically

Pros

The company tries hard to keep up the employee morale, however, only answer to that is pay raise, and a fair promotion.

Cons

There's very little of room for growth as most promotions are done politically within upper management behind closed doors. Pay is as good as it gets when you started at a little above average and no pay raises after.

They are always hiring

Cons

Communication is terrible, they treat you like you’re expendable (which you are) they lie to you about pay, opportunities etc. I covered my shifts so I could take a month off so as not to put out my supervisor or anyone else and they still denied my time off. I helped them at a part time site ‘for a month’ and ended up there 2 years because they didn’t feel like looking for someone else to cover. I wasted 5 years of my life and loyalty to that company
