You can work as much as you want.

Cons

Poor management, they don't care about officers, except advancing their corporate needs. They promise you things and don't follow through. No support from above in regards to advance training or promotion.

Pros

Flexible schedule, training, lots of posts to choose from, stable hours, solid benefits. For me, the company hits all the bases. If you're looking for a carer as a security officer, then Paladin has got you covered. Great supervisors and mid-managers, Friendly coworkers that always treat you with respect. You can definitely feel a bond with the team you're working with. Nice place to be if you're looking for a long term job as a a security officer.

I feel so happy I have had the opportunity to join Paladin and enjoy all of the benefits the company offers. We have a great HR team and amazing employees. The salary is best I have ever been offered for a similar position. My suggestions are never neglected and I never feel underappreciated for my effort and work.

Cons

Every job has its challenges. I think the company does a good job in helping us succeed.
