Professional work environment where everybody across the organizations is treated with respect. Fair management and clear work policies. No politics, my supervisors and staff at the office never played favorites. No-nonsense work, work hard and be rewarded accordingly.

Cons

Nothing major to complain, late relievers and long shift hours.

Pros

Looking for a stable job with a decent paycheck. Learned about Paladin and decided to try getting a job here. Didn't have any experience but that was not a problem. Got the training and they helped with the certificate, free uniforms too. Simple, straightforward job once you've got the basics. Lots of posts got one near my home. Good hours, nice supervisor and security officers.

Cons

Nothing really associated with the company. Some coworkers with poor attitudes.

You can get a job very easy

Cons

Problems with wages, staff are overworked and underpaid, management will not hear or deal with issues. They leave you behind, no meetings and no proper training. Made promises to pay more, but never did. There was absolutely no appreciation for all of the work that's done.
