      Pros

      As per the title, people are friendly and approachable. I find most people are really positive and optimistic about the company, but some of the "old guard" can be very cynical and nostalgic for the chaotic company of old. Company has switched in the last few years to Agile, and it's an immense improvement.

      Cons

      Too many people pulling in different directions - sometimes it feels that there in't a big picture. Traffic can be really bad around Clonskeagh. Rating system being introduced is controversial.

      Pros

      Great working environment, with some really talented people working there. Cutting edge IT is some areas, with the focus on technology.

      Cons

      Poor understanding and pursuit of processes - Needed to become accustomed to implementing change control across Dev, Staging & Prod areas rather than just Prod. Senior (Exec) management out of touch and arrogant.
