Most haphazard training I've received in any workplace.You really are thrown in the deep end and expected to perform minor miracles. Anything short of this and expect to be booted. A really cliquey workplace where those who don't conform are dumped at a moment's notice. Rudderless management who couldn't agree on the colour of grass and this trickles down to the lower echelons who pay the price when results some how aren't met. Generally confusing, stressful and neurotic workplace where employees receive no nurturing whatsoever. Avoid if possible.

Changes brought about by the new management team destroyed morale, more interested in saving money than creativity and success. the unique environment has gone forever and now just another dull corporate environment. The leaders who made the company what it was have left or are leaving and have been replaced by charlatans.
