Pros
Used to be a great atmosphere with generally dedicated staff, successful and talented employees. There was a entrepreneurial environment which has now been stifled.
Cons
Changes brought about by the new management team destroyed morale, more interested in saving money than creativity and success. the unique environment has gone forever and now just another dull corporate environment. The leaders who made the company what it was have left or are leaving and have been replaced by charlatans.
