Cons
Long working hours including most weekends. Employees are expected almost as a matter of course to work for hours after their allocated shift has ended. Most haphazard training I've received in any workplace.You really are thrown in the deep end and expected to perform minor miracles. Anything short of this and expect to be booted. A really cliquey workplace where those who don't conform are dumped at a moment's notice. Rudderless management who couldn't agree on the colour of grass and this trickles down to the lower echelons who pay the price when results some how aren't met. Generally confusing, stressful and neurotic workplace where employees receive no nurturing whatsoever. Avoid if possible.
