- Challenging problems - Distributed systems - Good stack of technologies - Good people

- No IT culture - Underpaid - "Elephant in the room" problem - Asked to cut corners - The problems are not addressed, they just go to the bottom of the backlog - Hard to be productive given the lack of equipment and the delay of ticket resolutions (permissions, hardware, etc.) - Employee retention, extremely low Personally - No leaving interview (It feels that they are not working on employee retention yet) - The head of my department doesn't know who I am and what I do
