Theie are NON. What a joke -

Cons

Even going above everyone's head they WIN. Ethics department does NOTHING. Higher ups so NOTHING> It is never spoken about. You would think its FORT KNOX. This needs cleaned up well OUT from the TOP DOWN. You have to have no soul or heart to work like this. Not one person listens or cares. The FAA and OSHA would have a field day!

Small enough to get to know

Pros

PSA is still small enough that I can build a good relationship with my supervisors and not just feel like a number.

Cons

Pay is per flight hour (set in 2019) and hasn't kept up with inflation or the mainline. It can be very difficult financially starting out as a flight attendant to make ends meet.
