Pros

- Flight Benefits - Most Co-Workers are friendly and knowledgeable - Opportunity to work on CRJ 700/900 - Good stepping stone to go elsewhere

Cons

- Company is not for its workers - Company seems to do the opposite of popular votes - Encourages compliance but favors quick work to make sure the aircraft makes its gate time. - Union protects the bad mechanics so there are quite a bit of them. - No Overtime - Strict rules on using EARNED sick time and personal time

Management is terrible

Pros

3x13.5 hour shifts, and 4 days off. flight benefits. Great peers.

Cons

Pay is terrible, you do twice the work as the other major airlines and get paid a fraction of what they do. Constantly rushed but told to be safe. encourage you to pencil whip jobs to get it off the gate. more worried about you completing your monthly computer based training then actualy holding people accountable for their lack of completing a job correctly. Make everyone pay the price for one mechanic who screws up instead of punishing that one person. The list goes on and on.
