The crews are for the most part are professional and fun to fly with.

Cons

Crew scheduling would rather delay a flight 2 hours to call someone off short call reserve rather then use a hot reserve pilot

Fantastic ground floor workers to middle management

Cons

Base manager and above strive to find faults with there subordinates and are happy to let paperwork fly and fill your employee file.
